Ways to Help

Opportunities to Help

There are many ways to support Ulster-Greene ARC. Most gifts are fully tax-deductible under IRS Code 501 (c) (3).

Individual Giving - The Ulster-Greene ARC Foundation has received generous support each year from individuals living in Ulster and Greene counties.

Ways to Help – Ulster-Geene ARC is a membership organization. Any person may become a member simply by completing a membership application and paying a basic membership fee. Click here for our membership page.

Support the Year-End Appeal - During the holiday season, a special effort is made to make certain that resources are available to our programs and services and also to assure that the people we serve have an enjoyable and fulfilling holiday season. An appeal is sent to foundations, corporations, local businesses and individuals to help bridge the gap between the funding Ulster-Greene ARC receives to support programs for individuals with disabilities and their families and the actual cost of providing these vital services. The money raised from the Annual Appeal is used to meet the immediate needs of the organization.

Planned Gift - Planned giving is the integration of giving to your charitable interests with a personal financial plan.

To make an individual gift, please call (800) 324-8272 or click here to make a secure donation.

Honor or Memorial Gifts – An honor/memorial donation to the Ulster-Greene ARC Foundation is a meaningful way for friends and family to honor someone special, recognize a significant achievement, celebrate a special day or make a gift in honor of someone. We will let the family know that you have made a gift in honor or memory of their loved one.

Volunteer your time – Ulster-Greene ARC welcomes those who wish to volunteer. Volunteer opportunities are plentiful and can be arranged through our Human Resources Department.  Volunteers are required to fill out an application.
