Vocational Services and Employment
Pilot Industries (in Kingston, Ellenville and Catskill) offers many opportunities for vocational training and employment. Want to pursue your employment dreams? Pilot Industries is the place to turn to for people with autism and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since the early 1960s, Pilot has been offering personalized vocational assessments, job training and placement throughout the Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountain region. You can choose from job training and work experience by working in one of three assembly and manufacturing plants located in Ulster and Greene Counties. You also can also receive assistance in fulfilling your particular work goals through job placement within a community setting. Some of your job opportunities include working at local businesses, retail shops, restaurants, area resorts, as well as other sites. |
